Dear Sir/ Madam ,
I am not questioning the company's policy regarding the change in tariff or scheme or withdrawl of any facility promised at the time of taking connection . My only query is regarding the notification of the change of scheme. If it was done by sending one sms I feel it is not justified in the times of large number of unsolicited sms's (which donot seem to stop even after requesting to stop them) simply sending an sms to this effect could be overlooked by many thus denying a person the knowledge of the change or withdrawl of a facility which has there been from the start of connection, in my case about 3 years back. This kind of customer service in which there is no way to ascertain that the customer have read the message and can exercise their choice of schemes in due time is a bad practice and a top company like yours should not indulge in such practices.
